The Mission of ROTF is The Restoration Of Fatherhood Through Building Up Fathers in the Four Areas of Faith. Family. Finances. Fitness.

FAITH. Building up fathers who are rightly related to their Creator, maintain daily spiritual intimacy with Him, and actively apply their faith in their daily lives.

FAMILY. Building up fathers who discover the profound influence they have in their children's lives, fully turn their hearts to their children, love their wives as themselves, and actively lead their family during the “child-raising” years as well as long-term impact on future generations of their family.

FINANCES. Building up fathers who experience God's abundant financial provision for their family and generosity to others by learning and applying Biblical principles of work and money in their lives.

FITNESS. Building up fathers to achieve their optimum level of physical fitness through a self-controlled diet, consistent, effective exercise, and other fitness factors so they can fulfill the other 3 areas above in good health into their old age.

ROTF identifies helpful, practical resources to build up fathers in each of these four areas by networking with other organizations, businesses, ministries, networks, and individuals. Realizing the value of multimedia, blogs, webinars, and live events, ROTF will use technology and the Internet for communication and distribution of content to fathers. Any father interested in ROTF is strongly encouraged to join the ROTF email list as a first step.

Return Of The Fathers began in early 2008 by Joey and Judy Watkins, a husband/wife team, with a vision of restoring the role of fatherhood so that dads are proactively leading, serving, loving, and enjoying their family and moms are supporting their husbands in this role.

Prior to launching ROTF, Joey Watkins served as Operations and Marketing Manager for Os Hillman of Marketplace Leaders Ministries which serves men and women in their workplace calling. Joey's experience also includes building several online businesses, leading worship at several churches, working in his own father's business, and more.

Joey and his wife Judy live on the north end of Atlanta, Georgia where they homeschool their 3 children.
